MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

You can watch Aftershock: Earthquake in New York, full movie on FULLTV - New York is trapped in a nightmare of horror and destruction when a massive earthquake shakes the entire town. During the first 40 minutes the players know in their normal, everyday life. Then the earthquake hits NY for 15 long minutes, showing it from all possible angles and perspectives. From here begins the countdown to try to save hundreds of thousands of people have been trapped in the ruins, and prevent the situation from getting worse. Lincoln Mayor and Fire Chief try to lead the effort, the search teams struggle to save survivors, while they try to help each other but are several obstacles since the earthquake violently shaking back the city, which will be reduced to ruins.
