MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

You can watch Artigas. La Redota, full movie on FULLTV - In 1884, he was entrusted to famous Uruguayan painter Juan Manuel Blanes to do a portrait of José Artigas.
