MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2015 film?

One day after being kissed by a magic butterfly, Kara found to have incredible super powers that allow him to transform into Super Flash, his alter ego secret that fights crime and flies around saving people the kingdom.
