MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

You can watch Cigarette Girl, full movie on FULLTV - In the near future, the laws against snuff have increased so that if one wants to smoke should go live in a part of town called Smoking Section.
