MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

You can watch El amor y la ciudad, full movie on FULLTV - It tells the story of three people who live in the same building. On the one hand a couple something different: her decorator refined over forty -five and he a teenager thirtysomething, with an uncertain future. On the other hand, a young artist and somewhat unhinged unemployed, who portrays his neighbors, spying and draw your way.
