On the " New Moral America " undesirable citizens who do not obey the laws are deported to Los Angeles, which has become a penal colony. The daughter of the President, after stealing a deadly weapon, has fled there with her lover, a dangerous revolutionary who intended to use it. A Snake Plissken entrusted the mission to rescue the girl and recover the weapon.
