MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

The Battle of Iwo Jima, the bloodiest episode of the Pacific War, was immortalized in a photo of some soldiers who hoisted an American flag. The objective of this battle was taking an insignificant island, but of great strategic value, because from there the Japanese defended their territory. In the race fell more than 20,000 Japanese and 7,000 Americans. Meanwhile, in the U.S. the famous photo in which six soldiers hoisted the American flag was an instrument of propaganda for funds sufficient to continue to cover the expenses of the war.
