MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

You can watch Halbe Treppe, full movie on FULLTV - Chris is a radio announcer and married his second wife, Katrin. Uwe, who owns a small restaurant step is married to Ellen. The four rounds in the quarantine and live in a city so bland and depressing, Frankfurt -Oder, in the former East Germany. Chris is a close friend of Uwe. And Katrin, a close friend of Ellen. This does not preclude that one day Chris and Ellen begin an affair which, when discovered, will blow up the universe seemingly perfect philistine of the two couples. But at the same time, this fact will invite four to rethink their stocks, to analyze the successes and mistakes of the past, to learn to appreciate what you have to what you want, to discover the small and simple daily pleasures ? in short, to live again. And the end is that Frankfurt -Oder was not a city so depressing and just a bagpipe can change everything.
