MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

You can watch Kazoku no kuni, full movie on FULLTV - Yun Seong -ho was sent from Japan to North Korea for their parents - of Korean - patriotic as part of a repatriation program for 16 years. Now has obtained permission to go to Japan for three months for medical treatment.
