MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

One day they decide to build your own airplane and fly to the tower, however on the other side before they too can start Sayuri and Hiroki are transferred to different schools in distant Tokyo. In Aomori, controlled by U.S. forces live two teenagers, Hiroki and Takuya, Sayuri being her major interests, and a gigantic, mysterious tower visible on the horizon of Hokkaido under the domination of the Soviet Union. Three years later, Sayuri enters a deep coma and they understand that the only way to help her, and probably even save the planet, is to fulfill the promise of when they were kids.
