MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

You can watch Menos que cero, full movie on FULLTV - Zarko is a Romanian illegal immigrant teenager, lost in Bilbao. Mate is made from an old friend retired, Goyo who refuses to leave his home in an industrial area impoverished, coveted by some unscrupulous builders. Save one of the partners in the urban operation, promising to get you a passport in order, employs Zarko: humiliating work in the restaurant of your partner Maite, collaborating on extortion dirty tricks designed to collect an old debt. One night Zarko write a phrase on a billboard of a frightening halt when it appears Agnes, a young photographer. Encouraged by her friend halt and return to complete the phrase to get an appointment at a bar in Bilbao. The relationship that develops between them mean the only chance of him to leave the crime environment that is doomed. Inés will offer their friendship and even perhaps love.
