MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

This story begins on a cold, dark night, when Peter, a poor truck driver, his mother Doña puzzles Queen to get home accompanied by a girl and her brother, who found themselves on the road.
