MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

You can watch Nowhere Man (The Spring Ritual), full movie on FULLTV - Tomas has reached quarantine and his life might well qualify as happy and normal. Sara, his wife, is a charming and attractive lady. Both have good jobs and live in a nice house on the outskirts of a town in Belgium. However, a fantasy, perhaps recurrent, probably nothing original, pursues him. For a long time wondering what life would be if you simply might disappear. When accidentally discovers a stranger's passport photo and a ramshackle bar in the Caribbean, the fantasy begins to take real shape. Soon after, he leaves without saying goodbye towards plans that idyllic place in your imagination. However, do not take too long to realize his mistake, but it will still take a few years until the election of return. In his country, Tomas discovers that his wife has rebuilt her life with another human being. His mission now is back.
