MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

You can watch Ruido rosa, full movie on FULLTV - The rainy season begins in Barranquilla and with it the slow but unstoppable flood the city. Held in the intimacy of a small workshop in the historic center, Luis repairing radios and televisions with an enviable patience. A few blocks away, behind the counter of an old three star hotel, works Carmen, whose dream is to travel to the United States to join his brother. It is for this reason that in his spare time locks himself in his room and study English through cassette tapes. Under the storm, the lives of Luis and Carmen stay together but separated by water. Or at least until the day that Carmen recorder stops working and must be repaired.
