MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

You can watch Scanners III: The Takeover, full movie on FULLTV - The brothers Helena and Alex Monet hide a secret from the rest of the planet: they have special powers, are Scanners ... Consequently, Helena, beautiful and great, suffers severe and constant headaches. Desperate addition to suffering this causes, decides to experiment with a new medication. The pain goes away however, at once, his personality is transformed from the overnight and their powers increase. Meanwhile, Alex, taking refuge in a sanctuary in Thailand for some time, received the news of the death of his father and the strange behavior of her sister. Despite having promised never to leave most of the temple, he reacted facts and decides it is time to return to face the world.
