MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

You can watch The Last Patrol, full movie on FULLTV - In the near future a tragic earthquake has become Southern California on a deserted island for many survivors. Nick Preston, a captain in the Air Force, assumed command and directs a set daily patrols into the desert in search of food, fuel and other survivors. On the other hand, a convicted murderer, Jesus, who was spared the electric chair thanks to the earthquake, has seized a maximum security prison that is near and now leads a band of dangerous prisoners determined to rule the new order that is has constituted following is catastrophic. Jesus's men kidnap Candy naive and charming thus now Nick and his small patrol force must enter the prison to save her and a group of innocent children on a school bus.
