MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

You can watch The Map Reader, full movie on FULLTV - In a small town in New Zealand, Michael, 16, leads a lonely, introverted with his single mother Amelia whose guilt and alcoholism threatens to distance himself from his quierido son. His unexpected friendship with his partner Alison, whose sweetness and innocence hiding a dark secret, and Mary, a blind girl on the cusp of adulthood, awaken Michael from his isolation and send him on a journey of self-discovery. Uncomfortable with the exploits of his young "friends", finds escape through a passionate love for maps. As even his life begins to spiral out of control, Michael is forced to a few hard decisions about their future.
