MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

You can watch The Onion Field, full movie on FULLTV - 1963. Two police officers patrolling the streets of Hollywood to stop a couple of suspects. In a moment of forgetfulness, one of them takes out a gun disarms. Then the police are led to a distant Onion Field, where one of them is brutally murdered while the other managed to escape.
