MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

You can watch The Returned, full movie on FULLTV - Humanity lives with returnees, apparently normal people who have been infected by a devastating virus. Only daily injection of a protein prevents them from becoming zombies. Kate works in a research unit trying desperately to find a definitive vaccine to prevent the epidemic from spreading. Furthermore, moves a powerful sentimental reason: her boyfriend Alex is a returnee. When the government announced the shortage of protein and the stoppage of the research, the infected are placed in a military high security. Fearing the worst, Kate and Alex decide to flee.
