MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

You can watch Underground, full movie on FULLTV - A group of outcasts who live underground, have become owners and masters of the entire subway system in New York. Kim Knowles, investigating a subway accident, not entirely clear, but nobody seems to care. Delving into their research and collaboration with the police John willis, find they are producing a series of underground homicides. He then decides to prosecute offenders under the underground where it will become judge, jury and executioner. This movie is part of the Underground saga (1989, 1995, 2011, 2012).
