MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

You can watch 17 rue Bleue, full movie on FULLTV - 17, rue Bleue is an autobiographical drama about an Algerian immigrant's self-destruction in Paris. Inside it, director Chad Chenouga recounts exactly how their mother, Adda, came to France as an illegal alien, hoping to flee the haunting secrets of her indigenous land, and looking for a brand new life of wide range. When Adda falls deeply in love with the woman manager, a wealthy Parisian called Merlin, she believes the woman fortune is at reach. But troubles start whenever Merlin unexpectedly dies, leaving no clear will. Adda, believing within the Algerian superstition that a beauty mark on her son's hand signifies great wide range to come, tosses herself into a losing court battle to win Merlin's estate. As appropriate defeats mount up, Adda turns to medications, driving away relatives and buddies members, until she's kept with just her son, Chad. When he turns 16, their mother dies from her a long time of drug abuse.
