MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

You can watch Ao no roku gô, full movie on FULLTV - Blue Submarine comprises four chapters, the first three last about 30 minutes and the last 45 minutes. The story is as follows: The Earth is discovered in situción rather complex because the seas have covered practically all living areas. On the other hand, a man named Shidora and Mayumi teenage companion were entrusted to a mission: to convince Tetsu Hayami to return to the Blue Fleet. When it seemed that there was no chance of finding him alive, appears guarded in a room smoking a cigarette. Mayumi tries to reason with Tetsu, but he has no desire to return. Suddenly, they are attacked by ant -shaped strands, which form part Zorndyke Army, the person who caused flooding which has killed thousands of millions of people.
