Popeye, Pik, Lili and Stojcic are a group of thieves who pretends to be a band of musicians called ' The Balkan Express ' to be able to roam and do his thing. The invasion and occupation of Yugoslavia by the Nazis destroyed their plans and dreams of a carefree life. The new circumstances lead to funny situations group, absurd and incredible. Over time, rogues heroes discover a deeper sense of life as they overcome their petty desires.
