MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

With the reason for appearing on a television program, Danila Bagrov has a meeting in Moscow with a former friend of the army during the war in Chechnya. A chain of events lead to Danila and his brother Viktor to set sail for America to intervene in the matter, willing to face who prevents them from making progress towards your goal.
