MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

One day, Cacareco burns the clothes of several customers, causing a loss of 20 thousand cruzeiros to the dyer. When he leaves to explain himself to the owners, Cacareco receives a package that had come from a friend from the north. Inside the box was a goddaughter, Maria do Socorro, who had migrated to Rio in search of a new life. She thought that Cacareco was the owner of the dyehouse and that he would help her win a job on television.
