MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1974 film?

You can watch De loteling, full movie on FULLTV - In 1833, when the Kingdom of Belgium still fears a Dutch invasion, recruits are selected annually by a team of veterans in a drawing for teams in each city. In this grim drama, Jan Braems, a poor and naive country boy accepts the usual run of selling your lucky ticket to a wealthy family whose son has had less luck in exchange for a considerable sum compared with miserable wages of labor in the times.
