MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

You can watch Disaster, full movie on FULLTV - Maxwell, a strange cult leader, enjoys causing disasters. His fiancee, Tracy runs away from him when he receives as a wedding present what he sees as a huge pleasure to witness the explosion of a liner. A year later, Maxwell was reunited with Tracy in Las Vegas, but she is already engaged to another man. Then begin a series of disasters in the city at the hands of the sect, aiming to win back Tracy.
