MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Fuuko is called, a small dragon who actually is a being made of air come from a distant world where wind energy is the engine of all. This fantastic place is the Valley of the Wind and, thanks to the inventions of Doraemon to travel in space and time, the whole gang ends up in that magical country. The Valley of the Wind is inhabited by Wind Tamer, a people who have learned to use the properties of the wind to apply in a manner respectful to all aspects of daily life. Instead, the wicked Storms defend the opposite and are sworn enemies of the peaceful people of the Valley. Both peoples have lived faced since time immemorial and now the conflict is about to erupt again. Legend has it that the Tempest will return to rule the world when invoking the monster Mafuuka. They need to Fuuko small, so it will kidnap utopian. Even used witchcraft to possess Suneo, make it your leader and be done with the air. Doraemon, the gang and the people of the wind should make every effort to recover Fuuko, avoid numerous hazards and restore peace to their world.
