MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

One of the interviewees is Dhondup, an enigmatic ex- monk escaped from Tibet. According confesses to Karma, the real reason for his flight to India is to fulfill the wish of his dying mother: deliver an amulet to a former resistance fighter.
