MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

After the fall of the Wall, he is asked to take part in an East German nostalgia film about border guards and finds himself in a psychological dilemma. He mistakes an actor for his bogeyman 'Nattenklinger' and violently attacks him. When Christian regains consciousness, he finds himself in a psychiatric institution. He tells his psychiatrist the mysterious and sometimes hilarious stories that happened to him in his life as a citizen of the GDR and later as a border guard guarding the imperialist protective wall....
