There is a love triangle fascinated by a pig, a neuropsychiatric patient who believes he has found his perfect lady, and a physician specializing in psychiatry, alcohol and self-destructive. With a dramatic power rampant, Luis Ortega returns to his passion for cinema that finds poetry in the mud, in the street, on the margins, on a everyday unknown and wild, but always pious.
