MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

His strange and lonely life changes unexpectedly when you must take charge of his niece Natasha, a troubled twelve year old girl. Jacob, the stepfather, a type associated with the underworld, will have a key role in the future of his stepdaughter. Meanwhile Silvia, a doctor with a dark past, will be the link between Sergei, Natasha and the world around them.
