MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Ing'er, the daughter of a theatre-owner, welcomes the return of Shao-dung, her fiancee and an excellent cellist from America. Shao-dung soon discovers himself captivated by the opera 'Fleeing When the sun goes down' and its particular celebrated star, Lin Chung, whoever sound appears to articulate one thing within himself.
