MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

One day, Marlene is taken away from the custody of Augustus by Genaro, psychotic and ribald sailor who seduces her, and finally taking her to the ominous hijacks port of Tampico, where Augustus seek to try to free her, but not without sacrifice his life of pain and atonement, undergoing a profound transformation.
