MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

You can watch Forecast, full movie on FULLTV - Some friends, all from different regions of Yugoslavia, spend a few days together on an island for windsurfing. Unfortunately there are no wind and get caught on the island. Soon hear news of an impending war in Yugoslavia. Each of the friends begin building national borders between their tents.
