MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

You can watch George B., full movie on FULLTV - George, works as a janitor cleaning a bar in a small town. While no one is sure if George is delayed, it seems lived on the same planet as the rest of them, and if not smart, he is gullible and trusting catastrophic and has the ability to dodge people's emotions in conversation. George has always thought of his birthday as his lucky day, so one year Celebrate it decides to take a trip to Reno, and on a hunch make much money and comes home with enough to buy your own home and start your own cleaning business. George finds that he is alone in his new home, and asks Angela, a teenager who works in a shop, to live with him. Angela does not care about his job and is desperate to get away from his mother harpy, so agrees, although life with George turns out to be as funny as it is disturbing.
