MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

You can watch I Want You, full movie on FULLTV - Helen works in a beauty salon, and her boyfriend announcer Bob is a local radio station. Honda is a mute boy who secretly recorded the conversations of others, his sister Smokey is employed by a bar. Martin is a mysterious guy who shares a dark past history with Helen. Honda falls in love with Helen and starts recording her conversations with Bob. This film is a remake of No quiero decirte adiós (1951), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
