MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

You can watch Inteha, full movie on FULLTV - Tina Saxena lives a rich life-style along with her widowed businessman dad. 1 day, out of the blue, she gets an awful surprise when her dad informs her which he had a mistress before he was married to the woman mom, which this event had resulted in the delivery of a daughter, Nandini. Much to Tina's distaste, he invites Nandini to reside together, and asks her to look after Tina after he becomes deceased, as he's been ill for quite at some point. Mr. Saxena does expire, making a grieving Tina and Nandini, with Tina nevertheless having nothing in connection with the woman step-sister. Then a dashing young man, Ranbir Oberoi, comes into Tina's life which is love initially sight for them. Nandini also approves of him, also it looks like Tina has abadndoned the woman dislike for Nandini. After a couple of days, and a purse-snatching event, Nandini counsels Tina that she must look into separating with Ranbir. Aghast at this unexpected volte face.
