MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Between fear and superstition, the population is locked up in their homes without daring to go out at night or cross the dark woods. But a girl who has mysteriously disappeared again provided with supernatural powers and is determined to end the reign of terror Kaidomaru now calls himself, meaning " Black Moon ".
