MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

The evil Dr. Malvedades reach the town to raise four karate who drowned in the bay of Malaga when exercised as criminals hired during World War II. With the help of the zombies, abduct five teenagers newly deflowered, who used to awakening the monster Jocántaro, half octopus monster crab half dozing on the coast somewhere, and get world domination. Among the hostages is Danuta, the girlfriend of a surfer and voluntarily celibate Catholic, Jess, who do everything to rescue utopian.
