MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

You can watch Koneko monogatari, full movie on FULLTV - Kitten is the legend Chatran and puppy Puske, both grow up together on a farm and are almost like brothers. One day, playing tag, the cat is hiding in a box next to the river pier.
