MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

You can watch Konsul, full movie on FULLTV - For the wrongdoers, the game of deception is at least as important as any monetary reward could find. In this ironic Polish film, a con just released from prison. A real con artist, returns to his old tricks slowly, but his deceptions are becoming more elaborate and constantly travels the scale of society until he discovers local politicians and important government ministers involved in their plans.
