MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Howie Blitzer is a sensitive boy of fifteen and a gang member and peligro.a peculiar. The recent death of his mother and the indifference of his dad, make him feel abandoned in the middle of a world full of sex, violence, and danger.
