MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

You can watch La niña de la mochila azul, full movie on FULLTV - In a Texas fishing village children Amy and Raul are good friends. Andrew, uncle and guardian of the girl, is an alcoholic, however she wants. The cat, a crafty kid, steals things from a store and puts Amy's backpack. The theft is discovered and Raul is carried guilt and management. Amy and uncle bopping release it and begging the manager. This film is a prequel of La niña de la mochila azul 2 (1981).
