MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

You can watch Last Conversation, full movie on FULLTV - Anne receives, while driving, a call from his former lover Laurens. He is married to a much younger woman and has two children, expect a third issue that Anne unknown. This new child is the way to reconcile with his wife, who has learned his love affairs. During the car ride, Anne maintains this last phone conversation with Laurens during which he discovers his dependence.
