MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Take the boss of the band for a producer, and the gangsters confuse him with a hired murderer with whom they had an appointment. Lecomte signing a contract with them to kill Otto Kramper, an arms dealer, at his birthday party in Saint - Tropez. But Lecomte not aware that it is a real murder.
