MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Frank has returned from Sicily, where he has been working as an esthetician, and Louis has a small moving company in the Big Apple. In his youth sang together the syrupy melodies seventies and still secretly dreaming of fame. So Frank, despite the resistance of his cousin Lenny make an appointment with a representative crazed eccentric coming month so can and decides to take care of the couple.
