MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

You can watch Nobody's Perfect, full movie on FULLTV - Steve is a freshman who plays tennis at school. But he falls in love with Shelly, also a tennis player. It's all downhill from that point. Steve can not eat, can not sleep, his grades worse, and is expelled from the tennis team. What can you do ? Well, his resourceful comrade suggests turning Steve into a woman in order to get close to Shelly who does not know he's alive.
