MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

To do this, have taken DNA from a fossilized hair sample the legendary Pokémon Mew, using the genetic code of the elusive creature to create Mewtwo by biological engineering. Ignorant of the power of creation, scientists and their labs are destroyed by Mewtwo when you wake up. Angry with their creators, Mewtwo swears revenge on the planet.
