MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

By chance of a visit to Sainte-Justine hospital, the young man, whose morale and motivation are at its lowest, meets ten-year-old Daniel, awaiting a kidney transplant.
